EP-19

EP-19 is a kind of functional chemical additive widely used in PVC conveyor belts, tablecloths, metal coatings, hoses. It is used in the form of a plastisol: base resin, EP-19, plasticizer, stabilizer and filler are mixed into an EPVC paste and then shaped into plastic products. The final product offers excellent chemical stability, mechanical strength, scratch and abrasion resistance, acid and alkali resistance and easy colorability.

Main Performance

• 1.Replaces 30% to 50% of PVC resin in PVC product producing.
• 2.Optimized particle size distribution delivers excellent viscosity reduction, with strictly controlled volatiles ensuring product purity.
• 3.Improves scratch and wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance of PVC products.
• 4.Better performance in artificial leather, plastic flooring and conveyor belts, improving mechanical properties.
• 5.The degree of polymerization is moderate, close to that of P440 resin, giving better flexibility while maintaining scratch and abrasion resistance.
• 6.The paste has moderate viscosity and excellent sag resistance, meeting demanding mechanical requirements of leather and conveyor belt applications.

Packaging and Storage

Packaged in environment friendly composite bags, each bag contains 20±0.2kg net weight. Store in a well-ventilated place, keep the product dry, pay special attention to moisture prevention, and keep away from heat sources.
